The main office provides applications for persons living within the boundaries of Lake Michigan to 53rd Avenue (north) - 5299 of each street; County Line Road (west) to Cline Avenue (east); Black Oak - 25th Avenue to Ridge Road (north); Clark Road (west) to Cline Avenue (west); Unincorporated Calumet Township; Griffith, Indiana. All citizens needing assistance must complete their application at this location only.

Located near	The North Annex is located in the heart of downtown Gary. The North Annex has meeting space for conference, training, etc with accommodation to seat 50. The North Annex also has over 1400 square feet of space for commercial or professional business rental. The North Annex – 5th Avenue Business is ideal for any type of business beginning in the heart of Downtown Gary.

Office Hours	Shelter is open 24 hours
Located near	The Multi-Purpose Center is located in unincorporated Gary. This shelter provides temporary emergency housing for women and children. This office also provides facilities for banquets, meetings, parties, receptions, church functions, social events (bridge, rallies, etc.), The spacious meeting room is designed to comfortably seat up to 250 persons.
